US Domestic Shipping

All of our product pricing includes shipping. We ship products out on Tuesdays each week. We will email you your tracking number when we ship out your order. We encourage larger orders because of the shipping.

International Shipping

We are not shipping Internationally at this time. If you live outside of the US and feel that our products would be a good fit in your area, please contact us at info@vitalfungi.com

Return Policy

At Vital Fungi, we want you to love everything we offer. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then feel free to return the item. ALL returns must be 30 days from the date of the original delivery to you. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. * Buyers are responsible for any loss in value (as agreed ahead of time) if an item isn't returned in its original condition.

Return Costs

All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We will not refund you the stripe fee of 1% nor the 2% we donate to the Fungi Foundation.

We will refund you 97% of the money you spent in our store.

All refunds will happen via venmo.

Exchanges

Because of our committed vision to inspire vitality - we do not believe in exchanges. Exchanges by nature, have a horrible carbon foot print. Our goal as a company is to offset carbon and our environmental foot print. Please know that we will not exchange your product for you.
